LICENSED

FOOTWEAR

COLLECTION

This project explores licensed footwear design across four distinct brand worlds, Bluey, Disney's Little Mermaid, Pokémon, and U.S. Polo Assn. Each pair required translating an established brand identity into a silhouette, material story, and color palette that felt authentic to its audience while remaining commercially viable.

The result is a collection that moves fluidly between playful, character-driven design and heritage-inspired menswear, united by the same process: research, material development, and CAD execution tailored to who each shoe is really for.

Please note: this is a personal design exercise only. These designs are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by Bluey, Disney, Pokémon, or U.S. Polo Assn., and are not intended for commercial use.

This concept imagines Bluey's world through a beach-day lens, a lightweight, breathable water shoe built for backyard sprinklers, pool days, and sandy shorelines alike.

Designed gender neutral to match the show's broad, family-first appeal, the silhouette leans into Bluey's warm, playful color story while staying durable enough for real kid-level wear.

At a mid-tier price point through off-price retailers like Marshalls, this style is built to be an easy, feel-good summer pickup for parents already shopping the season's family activities.

Squirtle anchors this boys' sneaker in Pokémon's summer energy, pulling a blue-and-cream palette straight from the character's own water-type design language.

The result is a sneaker that feels both nostalgic and fresh, familiar enough for longtime fans, bold enough to stand out against the reds and blacks that dominate boys' footwear.

Positioned at a mid-tier price point for off-price distribution, this style is designed to ride Pokémon's ongoing resurgence into a shelf-ready, character-driven summer sneaker.

Ariel's underwater world translates directly into this girls' jelly heel, a translucent, glitter-shot silhouette in a pink, purple, and green palette that leans fully into a maximalist, sparkle-forward summer aesthetic.

The jelly construction keeps the shoe practical and easy-care for parents while giving it a collectible, photograph-ready quality young girls respond to. Priced mid-tier for off-price retail, this style is built to feel like a beach vacation and a costume box in one.

Built for actual time on the water, this men's boat shoe pairs a soft pastel colorway with the deep leather paneling and cord lacing that ground the style in genuine boat-shoe heritage.

The pastel palette offers a seasonal, current update without straying from the classic silhouette men already trust, striking a balance between fresh and familiar.

Priced for accessible, mass distribution across Amazon and off-price retail, this style is designed to be summer's easiest, most versatile buy.
